Accounting Software Support – Move to Sage 200

Applications Support Consultant required with accounting software skills. This is a terrific chance to learn the Sage 200 product in a support role with one of the longest established Sage Partners. Excellent opportunity – full cross training provided if you have strong support experience on other accounting software packages such as Sage Line 500, Pegasus Opera, COA OpenAccounts, Coda, SAP Business One, Access Dimensions, Infor, Dynamics NAV, SunSystems, PS Financials, Iris Exchequer or any other accounting software solution. Salary to £36k plus benefits.

They are fully accredited Sage partners for Sage 200, Sage CRM and Sage Manufacturing and have a really nice working environment, company culture and very approachable management team. They offer their clients one of the most comprehensive support services in their field and are looking for an experienced Accounting Software Support Consultant with personality and drive to join their busy, focused but friendly team.

You will be providing telephone, email and remote support to their customer base, as well as getting involved in training new clients, leading on to implementation in the future if you so desire. Hopefully you will enjoy helping new users make sense of their accounting software, and will very much enjoy problem solving and the satisfaction that comes from finding resolutions to customers queries.

Previous experience of working in an Application Support role with accounting software is essential. You should be a quick learner, keen to cross train onto a different product, have excellent communication skills, an enquiring mind and the desire to provide first class customer service.
