10 X 7.5 Tonne Digi Tacho Drivers Wanted with Nights Out

Our client is a leading national distribution specialist delivering fully built furniture. Delivery drivers are responsible for ensuring that goods are safely transported from distribution depot to the customers houses.

• A 2 MAN JOB WITH DOUBLE MANNED DIVERS ACCOMPANYING ALL DROPS
• FURNITURE IS FULLY BUILT. INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED WITH A CLIENT FULL TIME FITTER. ON LOW DROP DAYS, THERE WILL BE MORE INSTALLATION TAN DRIVING
• HEAVY LIFTING / MANUAL HANDLING – Drivers must be physically fit
• MON – FRI
• 0 – 3 Nights out required at points £24 per night out if sleeping in cab. Hotel digs + Breakfast will also be provided on some of the nights out.
• USUAL 0500AM – 0800 am STARTS
• National Delivery
• 1-10 drops per day
• min 8 hour pay
• Regular weekly shifts ongoing
• Occasional Saturdays required paid at time and a half

Drivers MUST:

• Must be familiar wih legal driving hours and rest periods and digital tachographs as question and answer application will be issued on registration.
• Have proven experience of driving 7.5 tonne DIGI and a safe driving record, zero accidents.
• have experience of Multi Drop and Manual Handling driving roles, ONLY FIT AND STRONG CANDIDATES NEED APPLY.
• Be presentable and have excellent customer service
• Be punctual in attendance. Our client provides ongoing work only to those who are reliable

*All Drivers need to have: No DR’s/DDs/IN’s, No more than 6 pts on Licence, 2 Years experience on applied for Classification.
