We have a great 6 month contract at our Client’s manufacturing site in Peterlee for an Admininstrator to provide clerical and administrative support to managers and other staff to allow for more efficient operations.
Administrator responsibilites;
- Collating data and creating reports
- Operation of standard and bespoke software programs.
- Compose letters and deliver mail.
- Coordinate facility communications, noticeboards, emails, contact lists etc
- Prepare presentation materials as required.
- Maintain a wide range of record retention processes and audit trails
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to the whole MLS team
Skills / experience needed for the right Administrator;
- HR Administrative experience would be an advantage
- Highly motivated self starter
- Above average PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes)
- Above average numeric / analysis skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communicator
- Strong Interpersonal and Organisational skills
