We have a superb opportunity for a Art Director / Concept Developer for a Growing Design Agency based in Dudley Birmingham working closely with the Creative Director. I am looking for a talented Client facing Ideas Art Director, a Creative conceptualiser if you will – who can generate a continuous stream of original, campaign/creative ideas across a range of media both offline and online. Working closely with the Creative Director and responsible for the Design team’s creative output, working as part of a small team, with the Creative Director to bring concepts to life and deliver high quality finished work to B2B and B2C Clients.

In short I am looking for a Creative Conceptualiser / thinker, someone who can take a brief understand it clearly and deliver back to the client ideas / concepts (for high end corporate clients).

The ideal Candidate will come from a Full Service Design Agency (Online / Offline / Web / Digital / Print) , working with High End enterprise Clients (any Financial services experience a big plus). I am looking for Art director / Concept Developer with energy, (and a thick skin), be able to think on their feet whilst working with the client to help them translate their own thinking into creative delivery.
