Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Manage the purchase ledger:
•Posting of invoices
•Sending out invoices for authorisation.
•Payment of invoices and other amounts due such as PAYE.
•Managing supplier queries.
•Manage staff expenses and payments.
•Issuing company credit card statements to staff and manage submission of expense forms in a timely manner.
•Posting transactions.
•Maintaining company credit card account.
•Weekly bank reconciliation of 3 main bank accounts and other sundry bank accounts.
•Monthly VAT return completion and submission.
•Employee timesheet analysis for job costing
This role is easily accesible from the city centre and surrounding villages and via the A14 and M11, parking on site is available and the location is also served by public transport.
