IT Recruitment Account Manager

Monarch IT has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our successful Birmingham team.

This role focses on growing our permanent offering by working alongside a Business Development specialist on warm accounts that we have previously and are currently working with. While there is an aspect of team working, the individual will need to work autonomously to ensure that accounts are being developed and that the recruitment process is being managed from beginning to end in a professional and effective way with a superior level of service.

We are specifically looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant who is looking to move away from a direct sales position or someone currently in an account management function within the IT recruitment market.

As an Account Manager, we will offer you:

• A starting basic salary £30-£42k with set trigger points for regular salary increases (current average time between promotions is eight months)
