An Account Manager is required by this high-quality, property-focused magazine to be responsible for maximizing sales revenue and assisting in the smooth running of its monthly production.

The successful Account Manager will be expected to build important business relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of this longstanding and reputable publication. Amongst other responsibilities, the Account Manager will arrange appointments in order to win new and retain existing business; negotiate and manage contractual agreements with agents and present well-structured sales presentations to existing and potential advertisers. Marketing and business development are also important parts of the job and established business development skills are needed to be successful in the role.

The Account Manager should be self-motivated, dedicated, have good organisational skills and a sound understanding of the wider marketplace and factors affecting the London residential property market. Previous experience of account management and business development skills are vital.

Hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1730 (home based) but the nature of the work dictates that there will be occasions when you are required to work outside of these hours.
