1st / 2nd Line Support – Nantwich, Cheshire £24-25K. Our client based in Cheshire is currently looking for a skilled 1st / 2nd Line Support Technician. You will be working for a large organisation where you will be able to progress your career.

For this position will involve the following:

* Sales Person Support – Phones and Laptops
* Infrastructure Development – Migration from Office to Office 365
* Windows Server Migration – 2003 to 2012
* Business Platform Integration Management – Microsoft AX and DSL process control
* End User Support – Office based and attending sales meetings and sister sites
* IPVS Management
* Hardware and Consumables Procurement
* Asset Database
* Cloud on Farm Rationing Project
* Firewall Maintenance and Monitoring
