Fantastic opportunity to work for production and distribution company based on the outskirts of York. This is a part time permanent role, with flexible working hours!!! The role is a highly varied administrative role supporting the Engineering Manager.

Job role will include:

*Administrative Support to the Engineering Manager

*Raising purchase orders for engineering department

*Liaising with suppliers (re pricing/quotes etc)

*Maintaining Compliance and Written Schemes documentation for Engineering Regulations.

*Controlling a new PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) system, updating system with information.

*Managing engineering job records, recording hours etc

*Assessing stock control requirements, re-order levels etc.

*Maintaining general filing system.

This is a great role with flexible working hours, ideally we are looking for somebody to work 4 days 9.30am- 2.30pm. To apply you must have proven office experience and due to location ideally you will have your own transport as busses are infrequent.
