ROLE:
Are you enthusiastic, positive about change and creative in your approach to work? Do you rise to a challenge and are you confident in your ability to sell Connect’s services to customers? Can you understand and use new and complex information quickly and efficiently and do you always strive to improve performance in yourself and your service? If you recognise yourself in that description you could be a key part of our new team!

As one of Connect’s Leasehold and Lettings Agents, you’ll be part of a small team of staff that will market and let or sell our empty homes. You’ll be involved with a wide variety of stakeholders and will be as comfortable talking to solicitors about leasehold clauses as you are explaining a lettings decision to a customer. You’ll be constantly on the look out to see what other companies are doing and will bring new ideas back into your team and the wider organisation. You will be a champion of fantastic customer service, always checking to see what the team needs to do next to meet market needs and expectations.

You’ll be able to work responsively so that customers can get access to Connect’s services when they need to. That means you’ll work some evenings and Saturday mornings if people want to meet us then. You’ll be based at the offices in Leeds or Huddersfield but will work across the areas where we have homes and so you’ll spend some time in our other offices or out in the neighbourhoods where we’ve got homes. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in creating and shaping a new service. If you think you’ve got what it takes to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
