My client is a creative agency and they are looking for an Account Executive (Client Services) role based in London (Old Street station).
About the Success candidate
The successful candidate will be passionate about Digital Media and eager to learn more about a Client Services role. You will be enthusiastic and proactive, organized and able to multi-task – for this position we are looking for someone willing to learn and keen to help out in every area of account handling.
Being personable and enthusiastic are key to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be supporting the Client Services team, acting as an interface between the agency and its clients, ensuring all day to day tasks are being completed on time and to the highest of standards.
Responsibilities
Client handling
• Act as the hub between the client, and the teams along with the senior client team
• Note taking on all meetings attended
• Write contact reports after meetings with clients, within 48 hours
• Liaise with the teams and keep track of day to day tasks and deadlines
• Put presentations together on different subjects, such as quarterly reviews
• Review weekly and monthly reports
• Keep all internal/external status sheets up to date
• Support the teams in day to day tasks
• Write Scopes of Work
Client Services team support
• Keep client services status sheets up to date
• Take notes and send contact report after each client services meeting
• Liaise between teams to make sure SEO and PPC monthly sheets are up to date
• Contribute to the Tug Blog
• Reading and proof reading documents
