1st Line IT Helpdesk Support Technician
Maidstone
£18,000 to £21,600 DOE

Our market leading client based in Maidstone is looking for a customer service orientated IT Helpdesk Technician to join their team.

You will provide first line product solution support, resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service. You will log support calls on a database, maintain internal records and systems and undertake any general administration as required.

You will have experience of working in a similar role, have the ability to work logically, be accurate and be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel. In addition you will have a genuine passion for Technology, IT and Communications
