Customer Account Manager
Based in Leighton Buzzard, our expanding client is looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to personally and independently manage the company’s 3rd largest account.
This job would suit an outgoing individual with an outstanding level of customer service. This would be a great opportunity for an Account Manager who has experience dealing with one key account to take on a challenging role in a growing organisation.
The company has an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding customer service alongside a well-trained team of operational support.
The successful individual will have previous experience in a customer-focused role (ideally from an office environment), with experience of directly managing a large account for a business. This will require excellent organisational skills, competency in using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook) and have the ability to prioritise in a fast moving environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress on the account on weekly conference calls
- Attend quarterly review meetings with customers at their premises
