An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Negotiator / Lister to work within a well established estate agents in one of their offices based in Hornchurch.
Local knowledge would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked in estate agency and know how the industry works. Minimum 1 years Listing experience is essential.
The role will involve registering suitable applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating sales and listing duties.
Basic salary + £42,000 – £48,000 OTE
Full time position. Potential company car/ car allowance.
