An excellent opportunity has arisen for a experienced Administrator to join a well established and rapidly expanding Company based in Gateshead. As administrator you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals specialising in providing technical information, equipment advice, design, supply and installation of commercial catering equipment and solutions.

Main duties will include:-

  • Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone, email and face to face
  • Taking information and orders from clients, giving product advise and support
  • Placing orders and negotiating with suppliers
  • Producing quotations
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Promoting website and keeping it updated by reviewing products
  • Administering new product line promotions using photoshop

As Administrator you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst using your own initiative. You will be highly PC literate with an excellent knowledge of MS Office packages including Word & Excel and be confident in maintaining the Company website with special offers and products updates using Photoshop.

Hours of work: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
