Job title:- Accounts Assistant (Accounts Clerk, Purchase Order Administrator, Ledger Clerk)
Key Words:- Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, SageLine 50, Sage Construct
Location:- North Bristol (Commutable from Bath & Bristol)
Salary: £15,000-£20,000
My market leading client requires an Accounts Assistant to join the growing team and work with the Accounts Director to help run the accounts.
- Use Sage Construct to deal with whole accounting process from beginning until month/quarter/year end
- Work on assigning Purchase Orders, Billing and Delivery Notes to the software system
- Organise diaries and accommodation for engineers throughout the UK
- Liaise with clients on the phone and in person for any accountancy related and general queries
Skills & experience required
- Experience within SageLine 50
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate coordination and resolution of client queries
- Ability to identify and resolve anomalies on the system
- Highly motivated and pragmatic team player with a positive, determined, driven and can-do attitude
- Ability to work cross-functionally
