Administrator, £18,000 York City Centre

Due to expansion, an established business in Leeds city centre is looking to appoint an experienced professional administrator to join their team.

To be considered you should have experience of working within a similar position. You will solely be responsible for their office administration including sending out invoices, credit control, writing and sending out documents, collating information as well as some data input. In addition to administration you will also act as their receptionist, taking calls, redirecting calls and messages, meeting and greeting their clients.

This position would suit someone who is out going, articulate, professional and used to working in a technical office.

Their modern prestigious office is based in the heart of the city centre, close to all the amenities and public transport links.

Requirements

Strong IT skills are essential and Sage Line 50 experience would be desirable (training can be provided)

Excellent communication skills and well presented

Well presented

Administration experience is a pre-requisite

This position could be offered on a part time or full time basis, Monday to Friday.

Salary for part time would be pro-rata
