Key responsibilities include:
– Maintaining the company’s bank account
– Manage the aged debt process
– Oversee and manage the monthly billing/ invoicing process
– Making payments
– Direct debit administration
– Monthly reporting
– Cash allocation
– Bank reconciliations
– Supervise the day to day running of the accounts staff
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills. You would need to demonstrate an understanding of the billing process and have a strong all round general accounts background. This position can provide challenges at times but plays a key role as part of a friendly and supportive team.
The company offer free car parking and flexible hours. Ideally candidates who can start as within 1-2 weeks would be considered favourably at this time.
