ADMINISTRATION TEAM MANAGER
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join our already successful Administration Department.
Job Role: TEAM MANAGER
Salary: £25,200-£30,000 Basic DOE

Claims Advisory Group is a well respected claims management company that works to deliver solutions to clients who have been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance, including cross selling of other products.

Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for leading, supporting, coaching and developing a team of administrators, whilst taking ownership of your team’s performance and targets.
- Accountable for your team’s productivity and quality
- Developing team through coaching, call evaluation, and feedback sessions
- Conduct individual performance management tasks
- Analyse team’s performance and implement appropriate solutions
- Adapts communication style to the targeted audience
- Work within Regulatory and Data Protection requirements
- Liaise with other departments within the business
- Responsible for achieving business SLA’s and KPI’s
- Analyse reports to identify trends in order to optimise performance
- Maintain and update records to provide accurate reporting
- Apply ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ (TCF) principles
- Positively contribute to the overall success of the business
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Flexible to change in order to meet business needs
- Strives for continuous improvement
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in successfully managing a team in a target focused environment
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Enhanced communication and presentation skills delivered in both an engaging and motivational style
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise team’s workload
- Provide development opportunities to improve proficiency levels
- Ability to engage at all levels
- Use appropriate questioning and listening techniques
- Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures
- Managing and delivering change
- Builds good working relationships with colleagues
- Proficient in handling escalated client objections

Hours:
Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5hrs)
