Associate Director – Medical Education

A global Healthcare agency is looking for an accomplished Associate Director to join its highly-reputable Medical Education team. Based in London, the successful individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of the division.

The Associate Director’s primary responsibility will be to drive forward the growth of the team and build on their expertise. They will work closely with the team to devise and deliver high-quality programmes for the agency’s diverse client base. The new recruit will be required to review projects for scientific accuracy, therapeutic relevance and key marketing messages, while always ensuring work is in-line with the client’s brief.

To be considered for this position you must have proven experience in establishing strong client relationships with a track record of successfully retaining business and growing accounts. In addition, you must have the healthcare sector and pharmaceutical market knowledge to confidently provide clients with strategic counsel when necessary.

Due to the nature of this role you must have a strong science background coupled with extensive professional experience gained from working in a medical communications and/or medical education agency.
