Responsibilities include:
– To assist with the production of month end profit and loss reports and balance sheet
– Production of the monthly board packs
– Preparing WIP, Debtors & Creditors summary schedules
– To assist with the preparation of the annual budget
– To assist weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports, highlighting, investigating and reporting on variances
– Preparing tax reconciliations for appropriate accounts
– To complete ad hoc project work
Person Specification:
– Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA studier
– Experience working within the Property sector
– Highly IT literate, including strong knowledge of MS Excel
– Motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
– Good organisational skills
– Professional approach and high level of discretion
– Team player, willing to learn and get involved with a wide range of tasks
