1st Line Support – Manchester – Windows, Desktop, Hardware, Networking, Active Directory, Exchange, Mac, DNS – £16,000 – £19,000
The Role
As a 1st line support engineer you will be responsible for the day to day support of the internal systems via phones support, responding to and assigning all helpdesk tickets. You will also take care of the installation of new PC’s/ laptops/ printers and apple macs. As well as setting up new users, resetting passwords with the occasional requirement to travel to London for project work.

- MS Office 2010

- Sophos Antivirus and encryption software
