Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant reporting to the PA/Office Manager for one of our reputable clients based in Uddingston. In this role you will be required to provide an effective administrative service to the construction, finance and sales teams.

The job holder will also support the Marketing Manager and Construction Administrator in terms of effective set up and running of the sales and construction offices.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ensure all construction site paperwork is received on a regular basis
  • WIP report to be updated on a weekly basis
  • Recording and maintenance of NHBC applications/fees.
  • Checking, coding and recording of all marketing invoices/recharges to allow the Marketing Manager to approve.
  • Maintenance and recording of monthly marketing cost reports.
  • Maintenance of register for Chip & Pin terminal/data protection updates.
  • Change and Continuous improvement / Building & Maintaining Relationships
  • Assist in set up of construction and sales offices.
  • Checking, approval and coding of all invoices for council tax, utilities, factors and other general invoices.
  • Various ad-hoc duties as required – to include reception, sales/build meeting, holiday cover.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Essential Technical Expertise
  • High level of IT skills – with particular focus on spreadsheets
  • Organisational skills
  • Communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with minimum of supervision
  • Working knowledge of NHBC regulations
