Claims Advisory Group is a well respected claims management company that works to deliver solutions to clients who have been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance, including cross selling of other products.

We are a well established company based in Manchester city centre and employ in excess of 500 staff with diverse skills. We offer a competitive salary within an energetic and vibrant atmosphere along with excellent development and career opportunities.

Hours:

Monday -Thursday 10:30am – 6:30pm, Friday 10am – 6pm (35 hours per week)

Salary:

£117 per wk basic + commission & travel expenses

JOB PROFILE

To professionally deal with inbound or outbound calls from potential clients to assess their eligibility for a possible claim with regards to any previous mis-sold finances – (although mainly Mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance but also includes credit cards and cross-selling of other products such as DMP).

Key information regarding the Apprenticeship:

• Initial 6 days classroom training :

**The training is part of the recruitment process and you will only be paid for expenses that week. If you successfully pass training, you will be offered an apprenticeship and a starting bonus equivalent to one week’s wage which will compensate you for the previous week’s unpaid work, £117. If unsuccessful you will not be offered the role apprenticeship role with us and only be reimbursed for the travel cost of the week’s training. **

• The first two months of the apprenticeship is the probation period
• The duration of the apprenticeship program will be a minimum of twelve months
• On-going training, support and Development

• £117 per week wage (non-taxable) + travel allowance (you will be paid fortnightly)
