Position: 1st/2nd Line Support
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: West Sussex
A 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer is needed on a permanent basis with an MSP based in Burgess Hill. They are looking to hire someone on a permanent basis to join the service desk to help support their rapidly growing infrastructure. Training will be provided where necessary with career development plans in place.
1st/2nd Line Support: Essential Skills
- VMware
- Citrix
- SAN Storage (preferably NetApp)
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
Candidates are not expected to have a huge amount of experience but should still be able to administrate the technologies mentioned above on a basic level. Not all skills are necessary for the role but if lacking in certain areas, candidates would be expected to be excelled in others. This role will be well suited for anyone wishing to develop a career on a multi-platform level from legacy systems to new, working with a wide range of technologies.
