2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer – Manchester £25-40K. Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a skilled 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer.

Overview:
)
* Providing 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support to internal user base.
* Management & support of internal VMware/Microsoft platforms.
* Supporting business projects (Thin client deployment, telephony system replacement, ISO27001 accreditation, large strategic development programme).
* Documenting knowledge base articles as support tickets arise.
* Establishing best practice wherever possible.
* Customer facing, in a friendly but fast paced environment.
* Self-starter, proactive approach essential.

Essential Skills:
* Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
* MS Office Suite (365 ideally)
* MS SQL (SSRS/SSIS)
* VMware
* Veeam Backup

Desired Skills:

Any financial services experience beneficial.
ISO27001
