Account Manager – Home / Field Based – Colwyn Bay, Conwy

£19,200 – £21,600 – OTE £36,000

Monday – Friday.

Established in 1992, my Clients Company has been a leading provider of video and audio signal distribution throughout UK for the past 20 years.

They pride themselves on their fully qualified team of engineers who aim to provide the best possible solutions for all of their client`s technological needs.

My Client is an approved Sky TV Installer in UK and provided over 6,500 homes with Sky TV in 2011 across Wales and the North-West.

They specialise in the installation of Sky services, including HD, Sky, and 3D television. They have a specialist team of engineers who design communal systems and Integrated Reception Systems (IRS) for blocks of flats.

The main responsibilities for this role – Account Manager ( B2B, Digital Marketing, Targets, KPI`s, Account Developing, Relationship building )

Online marketing techniques such as Pay per Click advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Email Marketing

Offline marketing through regular networking events to promote company and increase lead generation

Up-selling of products and services to existing clients

Account development

Understanding client requirements

Price negotiating

Commercially aware

Sales presentations and pitches

Ability to assess and fully understand client requirements and develop detailed specifications and highly targeted solutions

Highly experienced in dealing with senior level management and company directors on a regular basis via client meetings, email and telephone

Collaboration with a range of third party digital marketing agencies

Ability to learn and embrace new technology and products quickly

Ability to develop a portfolio of key client accounts

Managing a range of projects from start to end ensuring that projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget

Experience of working in a target driven environment

Managing company credit control and managing company debtors

Confident and experienced in pitching for new business

Track record of working closely with other company departments
