An IT Services company based in Welwyn Garden City is currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their busy IT Support team.
We are looking for candidates with experience providing support in a customer service environment, with a good knowledge of basic network principles and PC hardware configuration and support.
The role will be based on a rota pattern to cover core hours between 07:30 and 22:00 Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 Weekends and Bank Holidays, 365 days per year.
You will be required to provide an exceptional customer focused 2nd line, advice, guidance and technical support to the customers and staff the organisation, located across a number of sites. You will be required to log, triage, resolve where possible, and escalate calls to relevant support teams.
Essential:
* More than technical knwoledge / experience, we are looking for candidates with a can-do and proactive attitude.
* It is essential you are comfortable working in a process driven and targeted environment
