My client is successful company based in Coleshill who are looking for two customer services advisors to join their business on a part time basis. Hours and days are flexible for the right candidate and full training will be given!
Customer service experience is a must for this role coupled with an excellent telephone manner.
Reporting to the National Account Manager your duties will include:
- Contacting existing customer to offer products and services
- Generating sale leads for National Account Managers
- Building rapport with existing clients
- Offering excellent customer service at all times
The ideal candidate will be available immediately and have a passion for customer service. You must be dedicated and committed and be able to work part time hours.
The role is permanent part time opportunity!
