A leading retail creative design agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager.

As part of an established team, reporting to the Account Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns across a wide variety of market sectors, including leading FMCG brands. Accountable for the day to day processing and managing of all instructions given by appointed clients you will have strong proven communication skills and be accomplished in relaying instructions from clients to the relevant internal departments via creative briefs and where necessary, briefing meetings.

The successful candidate will be joining a highly experienced team, developing and implementing campaigns across a wide variety of market sectors, including leading brands. The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of campaigns and be comfortable writing creative briefs. You will be responsible for the day to day processing and management of all instructions given by appointed clients ensuring that such instruction is relayed to the relevant department via creative briefs and, where relevant, briefing meetings.

As the Account Manager, you will be expected to develop unique knowledge of the appointed account and will be expected to build up a robust day to day working relationship with their appointed client.

The ideal candidate will:-

Already have gained 2-3 years’ experience within a creative agency environment. Have the initiative to be able to work independently but also be a strong team player. Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a good listener able to translate client expectations and lead by giving direction to the in-house team tasked with answering the brief. Possess an excellent eye for detail, be accountable with good project management skills, have excellent commercial awareness and the ability to control costs and protect margins.

Based in Northampton easily commutable from Milton Keynes, Leicester or Warwickshire
