You’ll create great coffee – do you want to create exceptional experience too? 

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll be working closely with both the Store and Assistant Manager keeping customer service at the heart of everything you do. You’ll inspire operational perfection by leading on busy shift. You’ll be a real Costa ambassador delivering coffee excellence, trusted keyholder with cash handling accountabilities.

What we want to give you 

• A starting pay of £26,000 per year (dependant on the size of the store) rising withtraining
