You only have to build your practice in recruitment once – do it in a firm small enough to recognise your individual talent yet established enough on the global stage to open doors to lucrative sectors.

Our client operates within technology markets throughout the world and is looking to build a team of recruiters to extend its reach. They will talk to candidates from all sorts of backgrounds – we know, and they know, there is no standard fit where untapped talent is concerned.

What’s different about this opportunity is this – you will have up-close contact with some of London’s most exciting recruitment entrepreneurs and access to great incentives, training and offices in the West End.

You’ve got to fit the following profile: robust, hungry to learn, willing to work long hours, articulate and determined. This is not a journey for the faint-hearted. The industry training given, geared towards both consultancy and research, will be thorough and, at times unrelenting, giving you what you need to prosper in difficult times. You’ll learn the trade in a lively office and be tutored by one of the most charismatic sales managers in London.

To make new business AND headhunt, attract and prise candidates from embedded positions, and assess their potential fit for positions, you will need:

• the intelligence to make calls to and decisions about high level executives, and delve into the nature of client needs
• a strong will to get a job done, no matter how intricate or lengthy the process
• a natural affinity for sales-based tasks.
