This is a chance to work with a global blue chip organisation as the Director of a newly established and rapidly growing media agency and loyalty team. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key media agencies to deliver best in class analytical and insightful solutions across multiple marketing and communication channels.

This new role will enable you to put your own stamp on the future direction of the company’s agency strategy.

THE ROLE:

This is a new role within an exciting and forward thinking team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic growth plans for their agency clients and have the support network of various teams across the business including data planning, analytics, media and creative/design.

You will be responsible for delivering commercial targets and support future growth strategies by unlocking a greater share of brand budgets for the business.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Have the ability to spot business opportunities across current and new agency partnerships/relationships
• Strong agency side experience – Retail and FMCG experience is preferable
• Sound experience in direct, traditional and digital marketing practices
• A proven track record in building and maintaining strong agency relationships with tangible evidence/have a black book of contacts
• Have experience managing internal relationships across multiple teams – including: Consultancy, Research, Planning and Media buying
• Extensive experience in line management
• Ability to manage suppliers/agencies/retailers at peer level and above, with proven negotiation skills
• Be articulate and confident
