Job Title: Advertising Account Executive

Salary: £30,000 plus excellent commission bonus structure

Company: On-line Advertising

Our client a leading Online Advertising Company based in Central London is looking to grow their customers and revenues through sale of products & services within the UK.

This role will require proactive calling across the customer base, responding to incoming customer calls & queries, selling their clients products and services to deliver sales targets as well as resolving incoming issues and minimising cancellations. This role will require an individual looking to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maximise sales opportunities to achieve targets with new and existing customers

• Maximise revenue opportunities with existing customers

• Take in-coming calls and resolve issues and answer queries

• Leverage understanding and relationships to create sales opportunities for membership packages & products

• Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts and activity reports

• Maintain customer data records with all relevant information (CRM system)

• Ensure complete and thorough induction of new customers including uploads and administration training

• Communicate effectively with internal & external customers

• Maintain solid customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service & understand the client’s needs

Skills and Attributes:

• Have exceptional customer service skills

• Have experience in, exposure to or an understanding of online advertising industry

• Be motivated by ambitious targets and do what it takes to hit them

• Have an exceptional ability to negotiate and influence

• Have the agility to juggle multiple tasks and rapidly adapt approach in fast-evolving business environment

• High quality written and oral communication skills

• Take pride in being accurate, diligent and well organised

• Have a high degree of honesty and integrity

• Intermediate IT skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Be a team player and an effective but likeable communicator

• Be positive in attitude and communication, with a can-do approach
