Key skills required for this Account Manager opening

• The ability to build and develop client relationships is key for the Account Manager/Consultant
• Ensure that clients have access to the best products and services, provide SWAT analysis to see where opportunities or threats may arise
• Customer information maintenance, updating customer records including key contacts, contact details and technical information about unique processes or services they provide
• Oversee projects, update customer documentation
• Identify cross sales opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
• Work with pre-sales to provide accurate information
• Understand business processes and requirements
• Provide user training and become a subject matter expert

A clean driving license is sought as well as some flexibility to do overnight stays when visiting some clients.

Requirements, things you need to get this job:

• An enthusiasm for business systems, and business processes
• Eagerness to understand and document technical requirements and work as an ambassador for a leading software house
• Clear and confident in your communications – written and spoken, enjoy meeting and getting to know people
• Information management skills, storage and retrieval
• The ability to straddle teams and work as a go-between
