My client is a rapidly growing specialist recruitment business in the City. They currently require an a high calibre candidate to head up a team of 3 consultants.
The client has plans to grow the team with additional consultants by the end of the year. This is a unique and exciting opportunity where you would have responsibility for recruiting, managing, and growing a team as well as having full responsibility for the division’s P&L (which your bonus will be based on).
It is essential that you have previous managerial experience within Technology Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be a strong billing consultant who is looking to make the move into dynamic, small organization that will allow rapidly progression into an MD role down the line.
