Account Manager – Field Based

Account Manager (Field Based) – Healthcare Sector – £42k + £5k Car Allowance + Bonus. Working with this major Healthcare Recruitment Agency you will be managing key accounts to ensure the delivery of agreed SLA’s and KPI’s. Working predominately on client sites you will take a strategic approach to maximise the overall performance of the account and ensure the delivery of both productivity and financial return. This is a key, client-facing role covering the Midlands to South region so very flexible on your home location.

PACKAGE – Account Manager

• A basic salary c.£42k + £4,800 car allowance

JOB SUMMARY – Account Manager

• You will be working with this major UK recruitment business providing staffing solutions to hospitals trusts and medical establishments
• Field-based position working across the NHS & Medical sector markets ensuring the delivery of key managed service and neutral vendor contracts
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to fully understand business metrics
• Provide objective advisory services in order to affect performance and cost management

CANDIDATE – Account Manager

• It’s desirable that you will have experience within the Recruitment or Medical Sector – ideally NHS focused – and have a proven background in client management / client development and a track record of achievement.
• Experience of change management, business intelligence and data analysis
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and able to influence at a senior level
• The ability to challenge thinking and achieve desired outputs
