The Role – New Business Manager
We are looking for bright, energetic and engaging sales people with at least two years B2B experience, who are seeking an exciting role with fantastic earning potential. In return we can offer a training programme that will set you up for a successful and rewarding career.
Based around the main towns and cities across the UK, this position offers the perfect environment for both work and socialising. Joining a team of like-minded people, you must be articulate, numerical and possess a good understating or desire to learn about the Merchant Services industry. As a New Business Manager you will be home based but will regularly touch base with your team. Out in the field you are the initial contact for new SME and switching clients, therefore strong client facing skills are essential.
Specific requirements:
• Essential – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Essential – Computer literacy
• Essential – At least two-years proven experience in B2B field sales, demonstrating surpassing targets consistently or, experience in B2B sales of merchant services, telecoms or utilities
• Due to the nature of the role a full valid UK driving licence is required
• Ambition with plenty of drive and self-motivation
• Persuasive personality with plenty of confidence
• Not fazed by rejection
• Ability/experience to network with key business people in your area
• Ability to work effectively in a pressurised/targeted environment
