You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated, with the ability to cope well under pressure in order to meet regular tight deadlines. The successful candidate needs to be passionate about media, ideally with media agency experience and contribute to the development of strategic and tactical campaigns to ensure the company service their clients to the best of their abilities.
The purpose of this role is to plan, purchase and implement media plans for clients including Account Management and building relationships with clients. The role will involve multi-tasking work with different clients, maintain confidentiality and to help prepare and maintain current media plan files and assets.
Responsibilities will include:
Liaison with clients, creative agencies and publishers to develop, purchase and implement media plans
Ensure a smooth running of media campaigns and report on a monthly basis plan performance to client
Update clients with current media schedules.
Prepare presentations for client meetings.
Make appropriate analysis based on insight/market research of the media spends and report relevant competitor spends to client
Admin tasks
Digital reporting and analysis
Support Team activities and agency pitches
To be considered you will:
Have a passion for media
Be excellent at managing client relationships and hitting the ground running.
Have effective written and spoken communication skills -essential in this client facing role
High attention to detail
Self- motivated and ability to work under pressure and to short and urgent deadlines
Ability to multi-task, and show enthusiasm for all aspects of the role
Strong IT and numerical skills. Must be familiar with full Microsoft package including Excel /PowerPoint
