In the five years since its inception, Austin Rose has grown rapidly to establish itself as a major player in the accountancy practice recruitment market across London and the Home Counties. With an enviable client base and a reputation for being a trusted advisor across the sector, the firm is well set to continue its growth over the coming years.
In order to facilitate this growth in a structured and sustainable manner the firm is looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager to support the Director in the running of all aspects of the business. Whilst the role will have an expectation to bill, the key to the success is to help recruit a high performing team and to develop the recruitment offering of the business through training and development of the consultants.
The firm have a family-friendly ethos and is looking for a Manager to join for the long term. With this in mind, there will be the offer of a profit share in the business once the successful candidate has settled into the role.
Working within an extremely candidate short market, a significant element of the role is the management of various candidate generation strategies as well as the relationship of a number of high volume PSLs with large accountancy firms.
Your other responsibilities may include:
– Supporting the office recruitment and recruitment of graduates
– Training and developing the team of consultants
– Supporting the Director in the development of the recruitment function strategy
– Identifying improvement opportunities
– Managing PSL’s
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management and a strong billing record, preferably within a permanent recruitment team. You should also be highly motivated, determined and thrive when working in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships will be the key to success in this role.
