My client is an established provider of print management services, direct mail, creative design and promotional marketing items; they are a successful business operating with an established customer base. Expansion has created the opportunity for an industry-experienced person to join them as Account Manager.
Taking responsibility for part of the existing client base, the successful applicant will be expected to encourage repeat graphic and new media design, print, direct mail and associated work and also search out new business from within the existing account base. Individual commission is paid on totally new work generated by the Account Manager and a monthly bonus is paid on repeat business from the existing customer base.
The job holder will manage all aspects of the relationship and support the client base with preparation of estimates, creation of specifications, quote submission, order processing, management of stock associated with each job – in fact all aspects of administration that comes with effective account management and development. The relationships with clients will be managed by telephone and face to face through visits.
The ideal candidate for the job will have print and direct mail knowledge, demonstrate great skills as a team player, be articulate and confident in communication (written and verbal) and willing to take the initiative in order to achieve customer satisfaction – and business objectives.

£31-£34’000 with bonus and commission to £46’000 uncapped, pension and benefits.
