My client who are a large well established service provider with a superior brand are looking for a Infrastructure Specialist to join their fast paced team.

You must have superb technical hands on skill together with excellent customer service skills. Providing first class 1st/2nd and sometimes 3rd line support to all levels of users.

Essential Skills:

  • Active Directory
  • Cisco Firewalls
  • Cisco routers/switches
  • LANDesk
  • An element of 3rd Line Support (only escalations and taking part in an On Call Service)
  • Servers
  • Microsoft Windows Server – 2003, 2008, 2012
  • McAfee including ePO
  • Microsoft Windows 7 (EUC)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent user/customer facing skills
  • Ability to think on their feet
  • Excellent team player

Desirable:

  • Citrix
  • Gmail suite
  • PCI/DSS knowledge
  • Documentation
