My client is a large retail business based in the Wakefield area. The client has a new opportunity for an Assistant Accountant.
Responsibilities to include but not exclusive to:
- Assisting the Finance Manager with the Month-end reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Purchase Ledger
- Statement reconciliations
- Sales Ledger
- Posting Journals
- Nominal ledger
- VAT returns
The Candidate:-
The candidate will ideally be AAT qualified, however this is not essential. You will have strong reconciliations and VAT returns experience.
