This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing global company. Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team in London. You will work closely with clients, as well as sales and marketing teams, to help promote their unique labour market insights in order to help organisations improve their recruitment strategies and grow their business.

Responsibilities:

• Create client-facing reports and presentations using their proprietary data sources as well as doing research through publically available materials. The ability to present the data and insights clearly, as well as illustrating practical implications, is very important.

• Train customers on the product, EMSI Analyst, the online tool containing their labour market data, either in-person or via webinar, advising clients on best practices regarding usability of the tool.

• Build relationships with customers to make sure there is high product usage by helping with projects as well as providing additional assistance as needed.

• Initial focus will be primarily on Great Britain’s labour market, with some projects for France and Germany. They will be expanding their research capabilities into other markets soon. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about labour trends in different markets and help companies of all sizes and across industries and locations overcome their biggest recruitment and expansion challenges.

• Provide data to the UK, French, and German marketing teams to build sales and marketing materials in order to most effectively reach different client audiences.

Experience required:

• University degree

• Minimum of 3 years full-time work experience, preferably in HR or recruitment

• Strong analytical skills and naturally good with numbers

• Proven project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong client facing / presentation skills

• Great individual performer who can also work in a fast-paced team environment

• Proficiency in French and / or German is preferred

• Proof of work eligibility for the UK required
