If you are an enthusiastic individual who enjoys being busy, is confident and takes a pride in supporting others, you may be just the person my client need for their Admin Assistant role working within the Real Estate Department in Richmond. This is a busy, varied role working within a legal professional services environment.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including ensuring compliance with the Anti Money Laundering Regulations, administration of legal file opening and closures, collection and distribution of filing / post / other documents, general filing / archiving and other admin tasks as requested.
You must be able to work quickly and accurately and work well within a team environment. As you will be required to cover for your colleagues on occasion, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well in person, in writing and over the phone.
You must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. This role could suit an ambitious school or college leaver with strong GCSEs and A levels wanting to develop a career in administration.
Working hours are a standard 9:00- 5.00pm.
