The Account Director will execute and manage marketing programs and sales activities in accordance with agency standards. Support and work in tandem with Client Marketing, Creative and Supply Chain teams to plan and deliver campaigns. Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating activities and driving sales in support of EMEA operations.

The Account Director will be responsible for client development from project presentations all the way to production and delivery, and for internal/external communications necessary for ensuring project success. This is a self-driven, results-oriented sales individual with a clear focus on building relationships with new prospects, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to encourage organic growth of accounts and expand into new brands within the accounts.

Work across company with account team and VP targeting brands that may utilize Maxx’s services. Responsible for developing and managing New Business pitches, client relationships, account management, calendar planning, identifying and justifying potential strategic partners, entertainment and new media content, and create strategic plan to initiate product promotions programs.

Experience & Competencies:

• 7+ years account/project management experience in BTL promotion including premium, loyalty, and merchandising activities, digital, POSM, and packaging solutions. Branded merchandise, trade and shopper marketing experience a plus. Less experienced applicants will be considered for Account Manager position.
• Marketing or advertising degree and agency background serving Fortune clients required.
• Entertainment licensing experience a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and client facing presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet research savvy.
• Ability and willingness to travel within UK, Europe and overseas when necessary.
