Business Development Director, Content Marketing Leader

As Business Development Director, you will be aligned by vertical / sector (e.g. Gambling, Gaming, Sport) and be expected to be both hunter and farmer.

So, whilst there may well be some existing business to manage, develop and grow, you will need to generate their own revenue and will be expected to land running. This is eminently achievable; a peer has taken a new account from nothing to £1M+ in little over 18 months.

However, if you’re currently managing one big client in your current role and are focused solely on delivering strategy, this position probably isn’t for you. We need someone who is dynamic and hungry and actually enjoys the challenge and thrill of winning new clients and building each and every client partnership.

Above all else, a really good understanding of the digital marketing space, and not just print, TV or outdoor is required.
