In this varied, stimulating Account Executive role, you will:
*Assist account managers in providing excellent service to a varied client portfolio both in the UK and Europe
*Attend client meetings and provide ongoing on-site support
*Provide training to new and existing users and arrange and provide workshops to clients
*Proactively seek feedback on the service provided by our client and make recommendations for improvements
*Keep accurate records of all billable work undertaken for clients and liaise with accounts team in raising invoicing
*Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned clients/projects
You will need a good eye for detail, enthusiasm and excellent organisational skills. You will stay calm under pressure, be willing to pitch in with the team and to help clients solve a problem. Good IT skills are a must and a full clean driving license. Ideally you will have a background or degree (or equivalent) in the biosciences or pharmaceutical field or demonstrable experience working in the life-sciences industry.
