THE ROLE: The Account Manager position is a pivotal role within this agency, working closely with the Managing Director, designers and developers and most importantly the clients. Key responsibilities within the role include: dealing with development issue’s directly with the client, building strong successful relationships with new and existing clients and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction is met.

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, feeling comfortable and confident being the key point of contact for all clients. Experience liaising and working closely with Managing Director’s, Project Managers and Designers will be key to being successful in this role. A keen interest and background within the Fashion and Lifestyle industry will be required while additional knowledge and experience of Magento would be  beneficial.
