Due to organic growth we are looking for additional Artworkers to join our Studio & Production teams in London or Manchester.

Working closely with the Studio Manager and Studio Team, the Artworker will take verbal or written briefs on a variety of projects that will be delivered in either print or digital media. You will be required to work to specific timelines to produce various projects across a range of areas such as scientific publications, publicity materials, meeting materials, digital interfaces, conferences and exhibition displays.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Take verbal or written briefs on artwork projects, ensuring 100% clarity and understanding

  • Understand and de-construct detailed briefs

  • Ensure an acute awareness of other constraints in the lifecycle of artwork projects

  • Accurately work to the brief (from concept to print-ready stage) to produce scientific publications, publicity materials, meeting materials, conference and exhibition displays

  • Ensure all clinical data charts are reproduced 100% accurately

  • Produce flawless artwork within specified time and cost limitations

  • Follow brand guides strictly and ensure correct colour is used

Experience and skills required:

  • Solid artwork experience

  • Fully experienced in producing print-ready artwork using InDesign™, Photoshop®, Illustrator® and Acrobat®, as well as any other appropriate applications

  • A complete understanding of InDesign, including the use of style sheets and text formatting, is essential, as is experience in preparing files for print and digital delivery

  • Exceptional eye for detail and consistency is crucial, especially when reproducing clinical data charts for a range of scientific deliveries

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and scheduling skills
